kartik-2 kartik

November 21, 2013, Children Against Poverty

In 2009, Kartik Shah started Children Against Poverty. The mission of this group is to help the poor. Kartik started this group because he wanted to make a difference in the world and help those that are not as fortunate as himself. Kartik chose to partner with Friends of Shelter Associates because of their total commitment to a cause close to his heart. His group continues to raise money for FSA, by selling silicone “Children Against Poverty” bracelets. His belief is simple: “Buy a bracelet, join hands, help erase poverty.”
